I can’t recall exactly when I picked up my first camera,

it seems it’s always been an extension of me. As a child, I have fond memories of the excitement and anticipation - taking in my rolls of film to be developed. It was like Christmas morning, eager to see what was captured. This passion for photography has been a close companion throughout this life journey. I still feel the same eager anticipation - after every session - excited to see what was captured.

 While photographing and running the business are a huge part of my life, my even greater joy - my first and greatest calling - is raising our five children, along side my husband Joe.

We are a Jesus following, homeschooling family who love to travel the country seeking new adventures while creating lasting memories.

  • I was born and raised in the interior of Alaska, and didn’t have indoor plumbing until I was 8 years old (we used an outhouse - yes even at -40 below.)

  • Being in the mountains and near the sea are my happy places. I don’t get a lot of that around Nebraska so I love every excuse to travel.

  • I am the oldest of 5 siblings and an enneagram 1w9. I also really love my coffee!
